We are searching for the best talent for Commercial Training Lead.

Purpose:

he Commercial Training Lead is responsible for designing, leading, and executing a strategic capability-building agenda for a team of 20+ sales representatives in Mexico. This role requires strong leadership skills to influence commercial direction, accelerate market development, and drive user conversion across priority growth platforms. The role focuses on equipping the organization with the leadership behaviors, market development capabilities, and commercial execution discipline needed to expand adoption, unlock new opportunities, and sustain accelerated platform growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and lead a strategic commercial training roadmap that strengthens

leadership capabilities, supports market development, and enables user conversion

across accelerated growth platforms.

• Deliver high-impact training programs—both in-person and virtually—covering

leadership behaviors, customer pathway development, platform adoption strategies,

and selling approaches that accelerate user conversion and business growth.

• Partner with product management, marketing, and sales leadership to align training

strategies with market development priorities, customer needs, and accelerated

growth platform objectives.

• Define, select, and manage the KOL strategy to support training design and

implementation, ensuring strong clinical relevance and market impact.

• Work with global teams to benchmark best practices and replicate successful

training programs across the organization when relevant to the Mexico business.

• Coach and mentor sales representatives and frontline leaders to strengthen

leadership presence, customer engagement, opportunity development, and field

execution that improves user conversion and adoption.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through capability assessments, adoption metrics,

conversion indicators, and commercial performance outcomes, continuously

refining programs to maximize market impact.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and training materials, incorporating feedback

and evolving market needs.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; advanced

degree preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in sales, sales training, commercial excellence, market

development, or leadership development roles, preferably within the Mexican

market.

• Demonstrated success leading capability-building initiatives, influencing senior

stakeholders, and developing high-performing commercial teams in growth-oriented

environments.

• Strong knowledge of market development strategies, customer adoption pathways,

platform positioning, and value-based selling techniques that support accelerated

growth.

• Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both Spanish and

English.
