Job Overview & Strategy

Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization’s overall Clinical Sales - Surgeons strategy. Conducts stakeholder engagement, which includes communicating, influencing, and providing comprehensive solutions. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Clinical Sales - Surgeons field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution & Strategy: Helps establish and implement programs for sales to Surgeons and other OR professionals under direct supervision. Contributes to basic components of projects and performs simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Data & Pipeline Management: Documents customer account information, sets up reporting to monitor the sales pipeline, and proactively drives data-driven account and HCP targeting using analytics tools.
  • Product & Territory Expertise: Expands knowledge base to become the Product Expert within the assigned geography. Connects surgical procedures with commercialized platforms to understand and communicate them to clients.
  • Client Engagement & Territory Planning: Connects with clients to maintain engagement and communication (not deep conversations). Defines target users and target physicians, planning the territory agenda to effectively impact territory plans.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience (medical devices sector preferred, but not mandatory). Strong interest in developing a career in healthcare.
  • Skills & Attributes: Resilient profile with frustration tolerance, problem-solving skills, and 35% travel availability within Chihuahua.
