We are searching for the best talent for Regional Sales Manager Surgery – Chihuahua or Tijuana, Mexico

Purpose: Lead and manage Surgery business operations across the assigned sales territory in Mexico, with full accountability for market share expansion and sustainable revenue growth. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives, driving competitive conversions and penetration of key accounts, platforms, and surgeons. Strengthen J&J’s competitive position by executing targeted strategies to win business from competitors, optimize portfolio adoption, and accelerate share gain in priority segments. Enhance service quality and customer support across hospitals, surgeons, and key government accounts, while leading and developing a high-performing sales organization through strategic segmentation, prioritization, and disciplined execution aligned with organizational objectives and evolving market dynamics.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage daily sales promotion activities.

  • Develop periodic sales projections to support various company processes.

  • Communicate and lead short- and long-range sales and marketing plans.

  • Implement marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, and programs to achieve maximum sales and profitability.

  • Develop sales planning by sector and period based on market potential, competition, and sales channels, with the objective of increasing J&J product market share.

  • Identify and develop new markets and applications to drive volume growth.

  • Develop and optimize sales processes and pricing models.

  • Build and execute medium- to long-term strategies with Key Customers, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and KPIs.

  • Lead key negotiations and build strong relationships with KOLs and key non-clinical stakeholders.

  • Develop and recommend appropriate sales policies considering competitor activity, market conditions, customer trends, and business priorities.

  • Support the attraction, hiring, and motivation of the sales team.

  • Coach and mentor team members, evaluating and guiding performance.

  • Drive people development as a key leadership responsibility.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of related experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience with a solid track record in sales and marketing roles.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • This role requires frequent travel (~80%) across the assigned territory, including Tijuana, Chihuahua, Hermosillo, and surrounding areas, ensuring strong field presence, customer engagement, and effective execution of commercial strategies.
