We are searching for the best talent for Make Product Senior Analyst to support our MedTech Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica.
Purpose:
JJT Make Product Analyst will be responsible for the product technology implementation and scale up of our manufacturing systems including Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Historian, Labeling systems and Automation/ Operation Technology deployments and serve as business partner to our Manufacturing and Operations functions. They will demonstrate domain experience and a passion for delivery solutions to business needs. Individuals in JJT Make organization work with Senior JJT and Business Leaders to identify and implement solutions for their product group and oversee the consistent implementation of these solutions across the manufacturing site.
You will be responsible for:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Serve as the JJT Make Product Analyst:
- Actively lead the Deployment and support of the Plant Ecosystem including all locally deployed MAKE technology products.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations business partners to define the Mfg site’s digital roadmap and drive continuous improvement.
- Create, Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
- Be the single point of contact for MAKE applications supporting the site, including Mfg Execution System (MES), Historian, Digital Numerical control (DNC) and various Operational Technology/ Automation solutions for deployment, support and business planning.
- Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
- Drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad objectives including internal service delivery partners such as technology services, quality and engineering.
- Additionally:
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications / Requirements:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- A University bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or Manufacturing Operations is preferred
- 4- 6+ years of experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Required:
- Proven knowledge of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product or plant ecosystem vision.
- Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
- Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration.
- Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences or other regulated industry preferred
- Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology.
Preferred:
Experienced in defining product backlog, leading a release plan, attend product team ceremonies, and utilizing Agile delivery tools (e.g. JIRA, burndown chart, release burn up).
