Job Description:

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Training & Capability Lead to support the delivery of global training, capability-building, and transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role plays a critical part in executing capability programs, leading defined, lower-complexity workstreams, and building high-quality assets and content, with a strong focus on AI enablement and digital capability advancement across the TA function.

This position bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that global initiatives, including AI adoption, new technology rollouts, and digital capability building, are translated into practical, high-impact deliverables that elevate recruiter effectiveness and drive adoption at scale, with a primary focus on enabling EMEA and APAC recruiter populations.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Workstream Ownership

  • Lead and deliver defined TA capability, digital, and AI enablement workstreams end-to-end, translating direction into high-quality deliverables
  • Support global programs by owning specific workstreams, including AI pilots, digital tool rollouts, and capability sprints
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder updates to ensure consistent delivery across regions

AI Enablement & Digital Capability

  • Support the design and delivery of AI capability programs (e.g., Copilot, sourcing automation, screening tools) to enhance recruiter productivity
  • Develop practical guidance, use cases, and learning content to enable effective adoption of AI tools in recruiter workflows
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed digital-first ways of working, including data-driven decision-making and automation
  • Monitor adoption and gather feedback on learner confidence to refine AI and digital enablement approaches

Learning Design, Content & Asset Development

  • Design and develop high-quality learning assets, including training materials, AI playbooks, prompt libraries, job aids, and toolkits aligned to recruiter workflows
  • Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions (virtual, self-paced, and blended)
  • Translate strategic learning objectives and complex concepts, including AI and digital tools, into clear, actionable content that drives adoption at scale
  • Ensure consistency with TA frameworks, terminology, and digital capability standards
  • Continuously refine learning experiences and assets based on feedback, adoption data, and evolving business needs

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Design, deliver and co-facilitate training sessions, AI enablement workshops, and webinars
  • Enable scalable delivery through reusable facilitator guides, self-serve content, and digital learning experiences
  • Adapt global content for local relevance while maintaining consistency and standards

Technology & Tools Enablement

  • Support adoption of TA technologies, including AI tools, CRM platforms, and Workday Recruit
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and FAQs that improve tool utilization and efficiency
  • Act as a key contributor to driving digital fluency across the TA community

Capability Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and apply insights on capability gaps across TA, with emphasis on digital and AI fluency
  • Track adoption and effectiveness metrics related to training, AI usage, and tool engagement
  • Iterate learning solutions to continuously increase relevance, usability, and impact

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with TA leaders, HR partners, digital/IT teams, and L&D to deliver aligned solutions
  • Support cross-functional initiatives tied to AI adoption, transformation programs, and capability uplift

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, or related field
  • ~5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D, or HR program delivery
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, AI enablement, or technology adoption initiatives
  • Proven experience creating high-quality learning content, assets, or toolkits
  • Familiarity with TA tools and emerging technologies, including AI-driven recruiting solutions (preferred)
