Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Integrates data-driven and streamlined sales training programs, new hire orientations, and educational content for selling functions that focus on accelerating sales growth by building employee expertise and providing positive, engaging customer experiences. Remains abreast on training best practices, innovative new content delivery methods and maintains an advanced knowledge of company products, services and policies, and ensures Sales Training objectives align with company vision and customer needs.

Job Description

Assesses Sales Training program needs by utilizing department performance reports, benchmarking best practices, and measuring effectiveness through analysis of customer feedback and analytics data.
Applies comprehensive knowledge of various selling functions, their specific responsibilities, and crucial roles to deliver relevant department-specific sales training.
Implements complex modifications to training curriculums by leveraging customer insights, sales performance reports, and key metric analytics that highlight under-developed sales proficiencies.
Improves knowledge of sales consultants across the organization's selling portfolio by providing informative resources that aim to build sales proficiencies by emphasizing technical training, clinical selling, sales cycle operations, strategic account management, and enterprise and market effectivenessIntegrates systems that assess the quality of training programs and plans major changes in order to address knowledge gaps as well as achieve functional and organizational standards.
Communicates with sales area leaders and internal stakeholders to share new strategic sales concepts and innovations in sales enablement platforms and customer relationship management systems that are crucial to sales performance.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
