We are searching for the best talent for Sales Manager, Antioquia y COSAN.

Purpose: Coaching, leading and directing a High Performing Clinical Sales Team. Building and maintaining long term favorable customer relationships with key decision makers. Extensive clinical expertise to drive conversion via Sales Team. Delivering and exceeding the agreed forecast budget and Business Plan.

You will be responsible for:

  • To accelerate profitable growth from differentiated products within the surgical and specialty segments for which the physician is the primary decision maker.
  • Manage direct reports’ samples and sales related expenses within the agreed forecast and/or guidelines. Ensure appropriate team maintenance / care for company resources and equipment including vehicle, PC, mobile telephone etc.
  • Leads a group toward achieving organizational results.
  • Observes and assesses people’s performance and holds them accountable for objectives and standards.
  • Attracts and effectively chooses individuals who will best contribute to General Surgery.
  • Develops and grows the capabilities of others.
  • Develops a deep understanding of one’s market and geography in support of General Surgery’s strategic direction.
  • Anticipates opportunities and challenges and manages appropriately.
  • Understands challenges and identifies priorities.
  • Creates positive relationships and partnerships with customers.
  • Identifies challenges or opportunities and takes action.
  • Convinces and impacts others for the good of General Surgery and its customers.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Business, Health Science or related discipline is required.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in sales is required.
  • Previous healthcare experience is required.
  • Experience in Medical Devices industry is preferred.
  • Previous management experience is required.
  • Sound clinical expertise is required.
  • Intermediate English fluency is required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
