Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Learning Delivery, located in Bogota.

The Senior Manager, Learning Delivery leads a global network of Learning Delivery and Resource Management teams responsible for the detailed execution of enterprise learning experiences across all business sectors and regions.

This role provides strategic direction for the delivery capability, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and a learner-centric approach.

The Senior Manager leads five Senior Supervisors—four across Learning Delivery and one in Resource Management—and serves as the connective leader aligning end-to-end delivery with Learning Solutions, Operational Excellence (OpEx), and key stakeholders. The position drives simplification, digital enablement, and consistency in global ways of working, while encouraging collaboration, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The leader also owns the Global Learning Ambassador Program, coordinates private-program governance, and ensures the team’s capability growth through cross-training and talent development—enabling Johnson & Johnson to deliver best-in-class learning experiences that empower its people to perform, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Define and implement the global Learning Delivery strategy, ensuring alignment to enterprise learning priorities, operational efficiency, and learner impact.
  • Partner closely with Learning Solutions and OpEx to ensure seamless end-to-end coordination from program design through execution and reporting.
  • Champion simplicity and scalability by streamlining delivery models, tools, and workflows globally.
  • Drive continuous improvement through standardized processes, automation, and performance insights.
  • Govern operational consistency across all hubs, ensuring global alignment of policies, procedures, and standard processes.
  • Partner with collaborators to ensure strong end-to-end accountability of all delivery concerns

Learning Program Execution

  • Supervise execution of all enterprise learning programs—including onsite, virtual, hybrid, and private programs—ensuring quality, compliance, and learner satisfaction.
  • Lead and guide regional Senior Supervisors to ensure operational excellence in scheduling, logistics, production, enrollment, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with Resource Management to ensure optimal vendor performance, cost management, and timely service delivery.
  • Ensure consistent use of LMS/LXP systems, templates, and delivery standards across all geographies.
  • Leverage data to monitor capacity, seat utilization, NPS, and SLA performance; use insights to optimize resources and efficiency.

People Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop five Senior Supervisors and their extended teams to build a high-performance, globally aligned organization.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, agility, and Credo-based leadership through the J&J 5 Conversations framework.
  • Design and implement cross-training and knowledge-sharing plans to build workforce agility and resilience.
  • Oversee capability assessments to ensure delivery teams maintain consistent skills and expertise in tools, production, and operations.
  • Lead recognition, engagement, and development initiatives, including the Global Learning Ambassador Program.

Data Excellence & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with OpEx and Resource Management on data governance, dashboarding, and performance reporting for executive business reviews.
  • Present key operational insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership through MBR/QBR forums.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to monitor budgets, resource spend, and cost-avoidance strategies.
  • Influence senior collaborators by translating delivery metrics into business impact narratives.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Champion digital enablement and AI-driven optimization in scheduling, forecasting, and learner analytics.
  • Champion innovation in delivery technology, logistics, and learner experience enhancements.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives that simplify operations while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Proven experience in Learning Delivery, Event Management, or HR Operations in a global environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of people-leadership experience leading multi-regional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in learning delivery operations, production, and resource management.
  • Strong capability in program governance, scheduling, and vendor oversight.
  • Strong capability in business insight
  • Proven success in driving process simplification, global standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience partnering with Learning Solutions and OpEx to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of learning technologies (LMS/LXP), virtual platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with ability to influence across functions.
  • Data-driven decision-making and proficiency with performance metrics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
  • Consistent track record of leading through complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change.

Preferred:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or Project Management (PMP/Agile).
  • Familiarity with CVENT, SUMMIT, Power BI, and ServiceNow for delivery analytics and coordination.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide private programs and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong financial and vendor-management savvy.
  • Sophisticated digital fluency and comfort with AI-enabled workflows.
