We are searching for the best talent for Protégé – Sales & Marketing (Oncology)
Purpose:
The Protégé – Sales & Marketing (Oncology) will support the Oncology Business Unit in Malaysia, gaining foundational exposure to pharmaceutical brand marketing, scientific communication, and promotional governance within a regulated environment.
This role provides a structured learning experience to develop core skills in translating clinical and market insights into compliant, effective brand strategies.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and review of promotional materials in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Assisting in citation management and ensuring accuracy of scientific references used in promotional content
- Supporting end-to-end processes for promotional material approval, including documentation preparation and tracking
- Consolidating and structuring data from scientific, market, and internal sources to generate clear and actionable summaries
- Assisting in the preparation and organisation of documentation for events, engagements, and internal activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support marketing and commercial initiatives within the Oncology Business Unit
- Gaining exposure to brand strategy development by supporting analysis of market data and customer insights
- Participating in team discussions and learning activities to build knowledge in oncology, compliance, and pharmaceutical marketing practices
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in oncology, pharmaceutical marketing, and healthcare industry
- Digital and applications savvy, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for data organisation and presentation
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation accuracy and data handling
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Disciplined and willing to learn pharmaceutical compliance, promotional governance, and documentation standards
- Proactive learning mindset with curiosity and eagerness to build a career in healthcare and life sciences
