- Lead HCC team, individual contributors, and external resources in a matrix environment to deliver an effective, risk-based compliance program and pragmatic guidance that enables compliant business models, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

- Influence the design of business practices, external engagement models, and strategic initiatives to ensure decisions are ethical, patient-centric, commercially informed, and aligned with J&J policies, industry codes, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Coach and influence leaders and employees across México Innovative Medicine to embed J&J’s Credo, leadership expectations, and a culture of integrity into everyday decisions, leadership behaviours, and business execution.
- Drive operational excellence, simplification, and innovation within the HCC program by leveraging data, insights, and digital capabilities to improve decision-making, enhance program effectiveness, and support business transformation.
- Strengthen and continuously evolve an effective compliance program for the local market, aligned with enterprise standards and external expectations, while partnering with regional and global teams to share best practices and enhance impact.
- Lead and contribute to regional and global initiatives, translating enterprise compliance strategy into practical local-market execution while bringing business insight from México to shape broader organizational priorities.
