Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Redeployment Analytics, located in the United States.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Job Overview

The Manager, Redeployment Analytics will lead the analytical and decision-support capabilities that enable the effective allocation and redeployment of global orthopedic assets. Reporting to the Director, Global Redeployment, this role will serve as the central connection point between redeployable asset supply and commercial demand opportunities.

The position is responsible for developing analytical models, scenario planning capabilities, and prioritization frameworks that assess incoming redeployment supply and align it to the highest-value commercial opportunities globally. This includes evaluating redeployable assets by product configuration, lifecycle status, regulatory viability, and financial value, while partnering closely with international commercial and supply chain teams to optimize revenue enablement and capital efficiency.

This role will also own the S&OE sub-process supporting redeployment prioritization and allocation decisions and will play a key role in developing scalable analytical and AI-enabled capabilities that support the long-term evolution of the global redeployment operating model.

Key Responsibilities

Redeployment Supply Analytics

  • Develop analytical capabilities to assess redeployable supply based on product configuration, set composition, lifecycle status, regulatory considerations, and financial value.

  • Evaluate incoming redeployment inventory, including net book value (NBV), product variants, and market eligibility considerations.

  • Build models and scenarios to determine what redeployment opportunities can be supported from available supply

Demand Alignment & Opportunity Assessment

  • Partner closely with international commercial and asset management teams to understand demand opportunities, growth priorities, and asset requirements.

  • Translate commercial opportunities into redeployment demand signals and prioritization frameworks.

  • Align redeployable supply with demand opportunities to maximize revenue enablement and capital optimization outcomes.

S&OE Prioritization & Allocation Leadership

  • Own the redeployment prioritization and allocation process within S&OE governance forums.

  • Develop data-driven allocation recommendations balancing commercial opportunity, capital efficiency, regulatory feasibility, and supply constraints.

  • Drive visibility to redeployment pipelines, allocation decisions, and scenario trade-offs for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.

Analytics, Systems & AI Enablement

  • Develop scalable analytical tools, dashboards, and decision-support capabilities to support redeployment planning and execution.

  • Partner with systems, data, and technology teams to improve redeployment visibility and data integration across platforms.

  • Identify opportunities to embed AI and advanced analytics into redeployment processes, including scenario generation, optimization modeling, prioritization logic, and predictive insights.

  • Support the development of future-state digital capabilities that enhance redeployment decision-making and operational execution.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technical, or Operations subject areas preferred.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management or other Business roles.

  • Strong analytical capability to understand sophisticated demand planning topics, identify patterns and drivers, and implement data-driven changes to improve forecast accuracy and reliability.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating complex datasets into actionable business insights.

  • Experience developing analytical models, scenario planning tools, optimization frameworks, and executive-level reporting.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, planning, and/or asset deployment processes within complex global organizations.

  • Experience working with data visualization and analytical platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or similar tools.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex analytical insights to senior leadership.

  • Experience operating within S&OE, IBP, or similar cross-functional planning and governance environments preferred.

Other

  • Language: English required; additional languages are a plus.

  • Travel: Minimal domestic travel.

  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, or analytics certifications preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
