Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop the territory to achieve sales targets and market share objectives
  • Promote product value in clinical settings using clear, evidence-based messaging; deliver product demonstrations and clinical trainings for surgeons and nursing teams
  • Provide professional in‑theatre support and post-sales follow-up to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Independently generate leads and territory activity — cold outreach, account mapping, and targeted KOL engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, to plan product rollouts and clinical workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all customer interactions.

Required qualifications & attributes

  • Proven experience in the orthopaedics or surgery field with demonstrated clinical exposure and the ability to quickly build rapport with new customers.
  • Established, demonstrable connections with surgeons and clinical stakeholders within the territory.
  • Results-oriented, assertive and persistent — strong hunter mentality with a track record of creating and converting opportunities independently.
  • Professional and mature demeanor appropriate for high‑pressure clinical settings; able to earn clinician trust quickly.
  • Proven ability to independently generate territory activity and pipeline (account mapping, outreach, local initiatives).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • University graduate (science/healthcare background preferred).
