Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Core Platforms, located in Pune, Maharashtra.

The Analyst, Core Platforms supports the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and optimization of core enterprise platforms that enable critical HR and business processes at DePuy Synthes. This role plays an important part in ensuring platform stability, data accuracy, and effective user support while contributing to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. The position offers strong exposure to global systems, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to build technical and analytical expertise within a leading MedTech organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operation and administration of core enterprise platforms, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and timely issue resolution.

  • Perform routine system monitoring, data validation, and quality checks in line with defined controls and standards.

  • Assist with user access, basic configuration, and troubleshooting activities across supported platforms.

  • Prepare and maintain standard and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards to support business and HR stakeholders.

  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities in partnership with IT and functional teams.

  • Document processes, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles to support consistent service delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and improved user experience across core platforms.

Where required to be managed locally:

  • Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures.

  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.

  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR systems support, Workday HCM, business operations, analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with system data.

  • Basic understanding of enterprise platforms, databases, or business systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools.

  • Ability to follow defined processes and meet service‑level expectations.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to HR systems or core enterprise platforms (e.g., HRIS, learning, or workforce systems).

  • Experience supporting global or shared‑services environments.

  • Familiarity with reporting, analytics, or data visualization tools.

  • Experience working in a regulated or multinational organization.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Other:

  • Language: English proficiency required.

  • Travel: Minimal travel expected.

  • Certifications: Systems, analytics, or HR technology certifications preferred but not required.
