We are searching for the best talent for Staff Process Engineer to be in Juarez City.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviews and analyzes complex task statements, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and other documentation to determine engineering requirements.
  • o May direct preparation of milestone charts, manpower and material estimate inputs, and related material needed to define program schedules and Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • o Responsible for assuring that the generation, release, and maintenance of documentation is in accordance.
  • o Designs complex mechanical, electronic, and electrical assemblies and systems using typical components. o Provides technical expertise and assistance to assigned engineers, drafters, and technicians.
  • o Reviews proposed designs and test plans for conformance with task and contract requirements.
  • o Analyzes test data for accuracy and consistency.
  • o May inspect, certify, and evaluate onsite operational systems and Establishes test plans and guides technicians in the collection of test data in a form suitable for analysis.
  • o Determines appropriate test criteria and procedures and analyzes data comparing against specified and computed values, making changes and improvements where needed
  • Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation and modification.
  • o Is responsible for monitoring and other activities.
  • o Plans, coordinates, and leads an engineering Project with high and mayor impact to the business, or a reduced number of projects with complex characteristics.
  • o As an individual contributor, performs complex tasks or of recent introduction that require the development of techniques or new, improved procedures. o It is expected that his/her work, results in the development of equipment, materials, processes, products and new or improved methods.
  • o As a specialist staff, develops and evaluates plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities that other persons will perform.
  • o Evaluates the viability and solidity of the engineering evaluation tests proposed, of products and equipment when the necessary data is insufficient or when is advisable to perform the tests Serves as a staff consultant in the technical specialty, some type of installation or equipment, or the function of a program etcetera.
  • o He/she is responsible for ensuring the compliance, personal and of the Company, with the federal, state, and local regulations, policies and procedures corresponding to the areas of Health, Safety and Environment.
  • o Responsible for the purchasing or design of equipment that complies with the standards fixed by the Company in regards of performance and in areas of health, safety, and environment.
  • o Responsible for carrying out performance, verification, and feasibility revisions to ensure the proper initiation of new processes.
  • o Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • o Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
  • o For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • University / bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Engineering, any specialty.
  • o Masters in science and/or certification is recommended.
  • o Generally, Requires 6-8 Years Work Experience o Six Sigma certified, preferably.
  • o Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field, preferably
  • o Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures
  • o Knowledge of specific business practices and software and software applications
  • o Experience using medical device equipment, preferably.
  • o Able to enter data on spread sheet and database applications.
  • o Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele base.
  • o Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public.
  • o Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply civil rights requirements. o Experience leading projects that involve 2 or more workstreams, using any project management methodology.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.
  • • Experiment design.
  • • Knowledge in statistical analysis tools.
  • • Management of statistical procedures.
  • • Knowledge of computer programs. • Oral and written communication in Spanish
  • • Knowledge of productive processes.
  • • Advanced English
