Job Description: Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Product Manager leads sales and marketing activities for their brand(s) in their dedicated country(ies) and executes local marketing objectives for Maghreb.

CORE CVT MEMBER:

  • Active Core member of the Country Value Team under the leadership of the BUM/CVT lead
  • Accountable for delivering the specific business objectives for the TA managed as set out in the Business Plan and in the shared CVT Goals and Objectives with the BUM.
  • Bring to his/her CVT the Omnichannel Master Plan developed by the IBVT if applicable
  • Gather and share field market insights and information.
  • Oversee and present the development and execution of the tactical plan in collaboration with the Country Value Teams

Responsible for monitoring and controlling the brand and marketing performance by tracking KPI targets:

  • Gather the required information using the appropriate tracking tools (e.g. IConnect)
  • Routinely report progress against selected KPIs to BUM (both quantitative metrics like market share and NPS as qualitative metrics like NPS and message retention)
  • Decide on potential remedies if necessary

MARKETING PLAN

  • Help execute marketing strategies, localize and adapt the Omnichannel marketing plan

Lead commercial aspects of the tactical plan in alignment with ESO/NEMA commercial approach:

  • Re-use locally customer-facing marketing materials shared by his/her IBVT/EM with the support of local agencies and in alignment with local regulatory process
  • Gather customer data in collaboration with sales teams and deploy EMEA segmentation models
  • Propose and manage value projects in collaboration with CVTs
  • Analyze the use of the promotional material (digital and non-digital)

BP/SRFP EXERCISE

  • Support the BUM/CVT Lead in the Business Planning/SRFP process with relevant information, market insights (socio-economic and political factors) and competitive intelligence which could influence each country in his/her scope.
  • Contribute to the forecasting exercise for the TA/Brands managed by building patients funnel for the Disease Area managed.

SALES FORCE INTERACTIONS

  • Co creates with BUM/FM/CM and TAL content development for sales meetings (key messages)
  • Facilitate sales force training on the commercial approach (e.g. key messages, marketing materials, segmentation, etc.) and TA expertise to ensure KAS are knowledgeable on the product and disease.
  • Accompany sales force during field visits to verify the implementation of the commercial approach by the sales team
  • Engage and align with the sales force to ensure appropriate use of materials and capture valuable insights.
  • Support KAS during promotional event (Speaker presentations)

OTHERS

  • Accountable for the OOP Commercial tracking and follow-up
  • Participate in EMEA Product Manager network where applicable

Compliance Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and, where applicable, appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors
  • Ensure HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and, where applicable, complied when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors
  • Ensure inspection readiness with respect to personal training compliance, and availability of recent CV and individualized Job Description

Qualifications

  • Ideally candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and previous experience in institutional sales would be an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare system in Lebanon.

  • Excellent knowledge of the product range and a sound understanding of the associated TA.

  • Experience in a multicultural environment and proven strong track record of achievements in developing key customer relationships.

  • Ability to develop long-term relationships to benefit the business.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, influence others, and to build strategic partnership with customers

  • Ability to gather insights and use them to build customer-oriented plans.

  • Ability to manage projects and complexities.
