We are searching the best talent for: Clinical Support Specialist
Purpose: The Clinical Support Specialist provides technical support to Biosense Webster product sales in new and established accounts, working to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. He/she will provide technical and clinical support in Electrophysiology Lab.
This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Responsibilities:
Provides technical support to physicians, nurses and other medical professionals on company products and services.
Provides technical and clinical support to procedures with navigation system.
Carries out presentations to customers.
Demonstrates proper use of products to customers.
Keeps up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, presenting and discussing this data with health care professionals during presentations.
Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather company product information and market conditions.
Evaluates, diagnoses and repairs malfunctioning equipment in response to service calls.
Provides technical support for upgrades and other special service programs to support field service activities.
Develops customer and product focused technical packages.
Facilitates understanding of clinical trial data.
Accomplishes sales plan in the designated area.
Monitors competitor activity and products.
Develops strategies to increase opportunities to interact with customers.
Requirements:
Engineer Degree (biomedical or electronic, preferably with major in physiology)
Fluent English
Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities are required.
