Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Sales Training, located in Mexico.

The Senior Analyst, Sales Training plays a key role in strengthening the capabilities of our commercial teams by designing and delivering impactful training programs. This role supports the Commercial Excellence function by enhancing sales effectiveness, accelerating onboarding, and improving overall customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling learning experiences that enable our teams to deliver better outcomes for healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs across areas such as product knowledge, consultative selling, and sales effectiveness.
• Create engaging learning content (e.g., presentations, assessments, e-learning modules) tailored to diverse sales audiences.
• Apply insights from sales performance data, customer feedback, and key metrics to continuously improve training curricula.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development programs for new hires and experienced sales professionals.
• Monitor and measure training effectiveness using defined KPIs and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with business priorities.
• Incorporate best practices, innovative learning techniques, and digital delivery methods into training programs.
• Build strong relationships with sales teams to reinforce adoption of training and new sales capabilities.
• Support vendor selection and coordination when external partners are engaged for training delivery.

Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field)
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s) preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:
• Foundational experience in sales training, learning & development, sales operations, or commercial excellence
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement principles
• Ability to design and deliver training content in multiple formats (classroom, virtual, e-learning)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and training metrics
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools

Preferred:
• Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry
• Exposure to clinical or technical product training environments
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with digital learning platforms and content authoring tools
• Demonstrated ability to support large-scale training initiatives
• Project management skills and experience coordinating multiple priorities
• Ability to benchmark training programs against industry best practices

Other:
• Language: Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English required
• Travel: Up to 25% domestic travel; occasional international travel may be required
• Certifications: Training, facilitation, or instructional design certifications preferred
