Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Protégé – Commercial Quality.

Purpose:

The Protégé – Commercial Quality will support the Commercial Quality team in Malaysia, gaining hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality operations, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role offers a structured learning opportunity to develop foundational knowledge in quality governance while contributing to activities that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with quality operations activities, including documentation management, record maintenance, and quality system administration
  • Supporting preparation for internal and external quality audits, inspections, and compliance assessments
  • Collecting, analysing, and reporting quality metrics to support management reviews and operational decision-making
  • Participating in training programmes and workshops to build knowledge of quality procedures, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Assisting in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Contributing to Quality & Compliance projects and initiatives across Southeast Asia, gaining exposure to regional quality operations

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable and accredited university
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong academic achievement with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Second Upper Class Honours or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive learning mindset with a passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
