About Vision
We are searching for the best talent for Commercial Excellence & Sales Operations Specialist based in Seoul
Purpose
You will be responsible for:
- Manage dealer inventory, stock updates, and rolling forecast processes by collecting stakeholder input, validating data accuracy, and supporting timely business planning
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, business trends, and target fulfillment across key products and channels to identify risks and improvement areas
- Maintain and enhance daily sales tracking reports, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure clear visibility on performance and forecast status
- Prepare, consolidate, and validate sales and operational data for internal reviews, management reporting, and cross-functional discussions
- Support commercial contract and pricing operations, including contract tracking, documentation, termination support, and collection processes
- Maintain and manage key commercial master data (customer, contract, pricing, and sales organization data) and support related operational workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 2–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Contract Administration, or Commercial Excellence
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred
- Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, or large datasets is preferred
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or SharePoint is preferred
