Job Description:

SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE

 Responsible for driving quality initiatives and processes at Sukagawa Plant with technical support as process validation and equipment qualification SME.

 Establishing methods of quality assurance, providing these methods to relevant departments, and maintaining them so that intended products are consistently delivered to customers.

 Analyse in-coming defects at Sukagawa, work closely with global franchise for process improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS (indicate estimated % of time spent where possible)

 Establishment, analysis, and improvement of in-house processes at the Sukagawa Plant

 Proposal and implementation of process improvements with global manufacturing partners

 Execution of validation-related activities (including equipment qualification) as the Validation Owner

 Leadership of strategic priority project teams at the Sukagawa Plant  Leadership of EHS, IOSS and Data Integrity activitie4s at the Sukagawa Plant

 Development of short-term and mid- to long-term departmental strategies and objectives, and monitoring of progress

 Participation and collaboration in various activities within Japan CQ
