Duration: 12 months

Role Summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Electrophysiology Clinical & Commercial Graduate to join our team in Kuwait on a 12-month contract. This unique development opportunity is designed for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in the field of Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP), one of the most advanced specialties in cardiovascular healthcare.

The graduate will receive hands-on exposure to the latest EP technologies, including the CARTO® 3 Cardiac Mapping System, while supporting clinical procedures, physician education, and commercial activities. Working alongside experienced clinical specialists and sales professionals, the graduate will learn how 3D mapping technology is used to diagnose and treat complex cardiac arrhythmias and gain valuable insight into both the clinical and business aspects of a global healthcare organization.

Throughout the program, the graduate will develop competencies in cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology procedures, mapping and navigation technologies, customer engagement, and healthcare sales excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience within a market-leading medical technology company while contributing to innovative solutions that help improve patient outcomes.

Key Learning Areas and Responsibilities

  • Support Clinical Specialists during electrophysiology procedures and physician training activities.

  • Learn to operate and utilize the CARTO® 3 3D Mapping System in live clinical environments under supervision.

  • Develop an understanding of cardiac arrhythmias, electrophysiology workflows, and ablation procedures.

  • Assist with case preparation, system setup, and post-procedure documentation.

  • Participate in physician education programs, workshops, and scientific events.

  • Support commercial and sales teams in customer engagement and territory activities.

  • Gain exposure to business planning, account management, and healthcare market dynamics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Education functions.

  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, patient safety, and professional conduct.

Requirements:

  • Nationality Requirement: Applicants must hold Kuwaiti nationality to be considered for this role.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Science, Medicine or related discipline is required.

  • Experience: Entry level – no previous experience required. Fresh graduates with strong potential and learning agility will be considered.

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English & Arabic.
