About the role

As the India Talent Acquisition Manager, Enterprise Functions, you will lead the delivery, execution, and assessment of recruitment strategies that attract the top talent needed to fuel Johnson & Johnson's growing investment and build-out of our India GCC/GBS footprint in Bengaluru. This is a pivotal leadership role at a moment of significant capability build across our Corporate and Shared Services functions in India.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and BUHR, taking an employee- and customer-focused approach to build a high-performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline aligned to J&J's organizational and HR strategy. You will lead and motivate a high-performing team of experienced Recruiters, using new technologies — including AI-enabled recruiting platforms — to locate, engage, and attract talent at all levels. Operating with integrity in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, you will drive accountability, operational excellence, and the development of our people.

Serving J&J's India Enterprise Function sector, you will build strong partnerships with cross-functional partners (MDs, Business Leaders, HR Partners, and Global Capability Leads) to understand the business strategy and advise on workforce planning, capability building, and talent acquisition initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

Team Leadership

  • Leading and coaching a high-performing team — driving quality of hire, time to fill, and a talent advisor mindset.
  • Championing Recruitment Technology adoption across the team — role-modelling day-to-day use of technology in recruiting, coaching the team to embed AI into their daily activities, and advising the business on AI-enabled talent practices.

Process & Delivery Excellence

  • Owning the end-to-end recruiting process for critical roles
  • Designing TA strategies leveraging digital and AI platforms
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience across the funnel.
  • Continuously improving ways of working, including responsible adoption of AI across the recruiting lifecycle.

  • Strong stakeholder management and senior-level influence, with a consultative, business-first mindset.
  • Analytical and data-driven — translates data into insights and a compelling narrative for decision-making.
  • Thrives in agile, ambiguous environments; juggles multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs
