We are searching for the best talent for Supply Chain Cost and Process Specialist II to be in Juarez City.
Purpose:
You will be responsible for:
- Provides support with the documentation of financial status in the different systems of the company according to the applicable platform. For example, and not limited to: Plannisware, JDE, gCRAFT, eMP, eCMMS, etc.
- Analyzes, evaluates, and proposes cost reduction projects, CIP, Cost Avoidance within its area of responsibility.
- Coordinate and execute special projects as required.
- Develops, maintains, executes, and supervises the procedures and work processes related to their responsibilities, as well as the personnel under their charge.
- Complies with the policies, procedures, and regulations of the company, whether local, state, and federal, as well as the procedures and policies of Safety and Hygiene, Health and Environment, GMP's, ISO, etc.
- Follow J&J and CSS records control policies and procedures such as record retention scheduling, training, education, document retention communications, record disposition, vital records, and third parties as applicable.
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for the financial reports related to the weekly, monthly, periodic operation/process of the Value Stream. (Financials related to Standard Cost and outside of Standard Cost).
- Performs financial analysis related to the operation and business metrics.
- Conducts presentations/communications/trainings as required.
- Provides support and prepare financial analyses of his area of responsibility in a timely and accurate manner and interprets the financial information of the different operations departments of the area.
- Analyzes and makes financial projections related to changes in production volume.
- Supports area departments in their analysis / control of expenses, capital, annual and periodic budget reviews (BP, NU, JU, etc.)
- Provides guidance on the financial processes of the supply chain and new products to users within its area of responsibility, ensuring adherence to internal control procedures and processes.
- Responsible for the definition, update, and control of the financial metrics of his area of responsibility.
- Interprets and gives support in the definition of the cost of the product related to direct and indirect costs, factors of Scrap, Yield, MUV, etc.
- Analyzes, evaluates, and proposes cost reduction projects, CIP, Cost Avoidance within its area of responsibility.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Academic degree as a professional in Engineering or related Science
- 2-4 years of experience in managing financial metrics, manufacturing processes, engineering, product configuration, operations, etc.
- Performs basic business metrics analysis.
- Ability to communicate metric related information in the business unit.
- Provide information to management for decision making.
- Support projects.
- Support implementation of solutions to complex situations or problems.
- Audits financial plan processes and reviews the use of financial models.
- Monitor department expenses and capital budget through reports
- Familiar with manufacturing environment.
- High sense of urgency.
- Ability to communicate.
- Good reasoning and judgment.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Management of Microsoft Office, JDE, SAP, etc.
- Knowledge of financial metrics Absorption, MUV, Scrap, etc.
