We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR BUSINESS EXCELLENCE MANAGER to be in Juarez City.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage the Business Excellence Organization for the WCH Jaurez site.
  • Leads, coordinates and facilitates the implementation of continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provides leadership and direction to cross-functional teams empowered to execute the JJOS (Johnson & Johnson Operating System).
  • Manages and oversees the **Business Excellence projects across the organization.
  • Responsible for strategizing, developing and managing the CIP portfolio of the plant, driving accountability across all functional groups.
  • Responsible for determining and implementing production standards and maintaining production cost parameters in the ERP and PLM systems.
  • Influence and collaborate across the WCH E2E supply chain functions and programs.
  • Integrated member of the WCH Juarez site leadership team responsible for promoting the continuous improvement culture within the site and across functional teams.
  • Oversee all aspects of the lean manufacturing initiatives including set-up reduction, workplace organization, standardized work, process/workflow improvements, visual management and cellular production processes.
  • Owns assigned programs driving value for the business, customers and our employees.
  • Keeps tracking and reports the Business Excellence and Lean improvements within the organization.
  • Coaches’ green and black belts understanding the business impact of his/her technical actions.
  • practices in broad areas of assignments.
  • Monitor and review critical to quality measures and present them to the plant staff team.
  • Chartering and scoping high impact projects.
  • Ensures compliance of employees under area of responsibility with the Quality System and EHS regulations, company policies and all applicable procedures.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of applicable experience in a process improvement environment.
  • A minimum of BS mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering. Master’s degree-Desirable
  • Demonstrated project management and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership skills and strategic mind-set
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Regulatory requirements
  • Lean Six Sigma Strong knowledge
  • Fluent English

  • Operations experience preferred
