  • Develop an external perspective by anticipating and responding to changes in payer and provider systems, reimbursement, healthcare policy, customer consolidation, market dynamics, and government or regulatory priorities.
  • Lead business transformation and change by establishing scalable governance, operating models, performance standards, and digitally enabled ways of working, including the use of advanced analytics and AI to improve insight generation and execution.
  • Lead and develop diverse teams, strengthen succession pipelines, and navigate challenging or complex talent situations while building an inclusive, high-performing, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, strategic account management, market access, sales, marketing, commercial strategy, or related functions, with a sustained record of business results.
  • Significant experience leading large, diverse customer-facing organizations and developing senior leaders, including accountability for succession, capability building, and complex talent decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem and demonstrated external perspective, including providers, IDNs, GPOs, payers, reimbursement and payment models, customer economics, healthcare policy, and government or regulatory dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-scale work in highly matrixed organizations, with strategic and delivery accountability across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and external customer leaders, make disciplined trade-offs amid ambiguity, and deliver enterprise business results through strategic partnerships.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Broad experience across enterprise account management, market access, commercial strategy, pricing, contracting, GTN management, portfolio strategy, or business planning.
  • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, products or markets at different lifecycle stages, including launch, growth, mature, or competitive environments.
  • Experience leading an enterprise transformation, new operating model, innovation initiative, or other cross-functional program with broad strategic, financial, operational, or talent impact.
  • Experience applying advanced analytics, digital capabilities, or AI to inform strategy, improve customer insight, and strengthen commercial execution.
  • Global or cross-cultural leadership experience, or accountability for an enterprise role or project with impact beyond a single business or function.
