Position overview:
The Bids & Tenders and Strategic Pricing Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end management of public tenders and commercial offers (Bids & Tenders), while providing analytical and operational support in the definition and execution of pricing strategy for the Electrophysiology (EP) business in Spain.
This role combines strong operational accountability—ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and submission of public tenders and offers—with an analytical and strategic pricing dimension that supports the competitiveness and profitability of the business.
The position will serve as a key coordination point across multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with the business unit strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Bids & Tenders
Manage the full process for the preparation and submission of commercial offers and public tenders within the EP business in Spain.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to collect and validate all required documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of offers in full compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements.
Maintain structured tracking of tenders to ensure traceability and effective document control.
Identify potential risks in the process and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Pricing (Analysis and Pricing Management)
Conduct data and scenario analyses to support pricing decisions for commercial offers and tenders.
Ensure accurate upload and maintenance of pricing and commercial conditions in corporate systems.
Review pricing consistency and coherence, identifying discrepancies or deviations.
Lead the resolution of pricing issues in coordination with relevant teams, including Sales and Finance.
Contribute to pricing optimization in line with business strategy and the competitive landscape.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Support
Serve as a key point of contact across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Facilitate communication and alignment throughout tender processes and pricing decisions.
Support business leaders in the preparation of strategic offers.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
Ensure compliance with internal processes, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality across all managed documentation.
Recommend improvements to Bids & Tenders and pricing processes to enhance efficiency and control.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of, or previous experience in, the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry.
3–5 years of prior experience in similar roles, such as Bids & Tenders, pricing, commercial operations, or advanced administrative support.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience with corporate systems such as SAP, pricing tools, CRM platforms, and tender management platforms.
Experience with reporting and visualization tools, such as Power BI, is considered a plus.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€43.600,00 - €70.150,00Benefits:
