Maintain accurate tender and contract databases, trackers, and status reports, providing visibility on pipeline, submission progress, award outcomes, expirations, and outstanding documentation needs.
Identify process gaps, documentation risks, pricing inconsistencies, or contractual issues early and escalate them appropriately to support sound decision-making and risk mitigation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of tendering and contracting processes, templates, knowledge bases, and ways of working that strengthen compliance, efficiency, and commercial effectiveness across Surgery Spain.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant experience in tenders, contracting, sales operations, commercial excellence, pricing support, customer service, legal support, or related roles within MedTech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
Solid understanding of tender administration, contract documentation, approval workflows, and the importance of operating within company policies, procurement requirements, and regulatory standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, work with detailed and time-sensitive documentation, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and maintain high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
Experience working with tender platforms, contract repositories, ERP or pricing systems, Excel-based trackers, and business support tools; exposure to public procurement processes in Spain is highly valued.
