We are searching for the best talent for a Regulatory Law Coordinator to support the Global Legal Organization (GLO), primarily the Innovative Medicines Regulatory Law Group. This position is based in Diegem, Belgium.
The Regulatory Law Coordinator contributes to the achievement of key Johnson & Johnson GLO priorities by providing proactive and professional support to the GLO and its business partners.
You will be responsible for:
Contributing to the coordination and delivery of team projects and internal workstreams, including support for strategy and implementation initiatives and training efforts. This includes scheduling and shaping meeting agendas, preparing background materials, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow‑through on decisions and deliverables.
Supporting work, knowledge, and information management, including document organization, collaboration spaces (e.g. Teams / SharePoint), maintenance of shared resources, and related communication.
Providing comprehensive and proactive administrative support to the team including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Actively supporting the preparation of high‑quality presentations, including structuring content, enhancing clarity and visual impact, and ensuring consistency for senior‑level and external audiences.
Leveraging digital and AI‑enabled tools to improve team efficiency, meeting preparation, presentation development, note‑taking, and workflow coordination.
Collaborating closely with the US‑based Regulatory Law paralegal support to ensure alignment on Innovative Medicine Regulatory Law Group global projects and initiatives.
Acting as a reliable coordination point across regions, functions, and time zones, while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
Engaging in tasks that call for good judgment, independent initiative, and excellent communication skills.
Handling various duties with appropriate prioritization and an ability to problem-solve and learn new skills.
Qualifications/Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a strong academic background preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills, meticulousness, and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, a strong interest in learning new skills to handle more complex matters, and the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams, such as Regulatory Affairs, and Healthcare Compliance.
Proficiency in the use of information technology, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and document management tools, such as the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
Strong digital fluency, with experience leveraging evolving digital tools to enhance legal and cross-functional workflows, and a demonstrated desire to continuously learn and adapt. Familiarity with AI-enabled legal technologies is a plus.
Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry preferred.
Familiarity with document management systems preferred.
Experience supporting an in-house legal department or law firm preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

€46 500,00 - €73 830,00Benefits:
