Tender, Pricing, Business Operations Specialist – Electrophysiology Greece


About the Role Tender, Pricing, BU Insights Specialist supports all tendering, pricing, contracting, data/analytics for the Electrophysiology business in Greece The role ensures high‑quality execution of tenders and pricing processes, delivers actionable commercial insights, and supports the planning of compliant, high‑impact customer events that strengthen clinical engagement and commercial outcomes.


This position works closely with Country Sales and Clinical teams, Marketing, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and EMEA Pricing/Commercial Operations to align local execution with regional frameworks and guardrails while addressing Greek market specifics.


Key Responsibilities

Tender Execution & Coordination

  • Own the end‑to‑end tender lifecycle in Greece: opportunity identification, tracking, document preparation, submission, clarifications/Q&A, and award follow‑up and ensure timely approvals
  • Support robust business cases and pricing narratives aligned with tender strategy;
  • Ensure legal needs are met and submissions comply with EU and local public procurement requirements.

Pricing Support & Analysis

  • Prepare quotes and pricing proposals; execute pricing approvals in line with policy, price corridors, and governance.
  • Maintain and update local price lists and discount structures; ensure consistency with regional pricing frameworks.
  • Analyze pricing performance (e.g., average selling price, discount levels, margin trends, price waterfalls) and propose actions to improve price realization.
  • Ensure contracts align with approved pricing and company policies, including terms, rebates, and service levels.
  • Provide scenario modeling and data‑driven insights to support negotiations and commercial decision‑making

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Build and maintain recurring dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate insights into clear actions; track impact over time.
  • Safeguard data quality by maintaining accurate master data, aligning CRM/ERP fields, and documenting definitions and KPIs.

Events Management

  • Managing end-to-end event execution across the EP portfolio (e.g. congresses, symposia, training programs, proctoring, and user meetings), including travel arrangements for HCPs, ensuring compliant planning, approvals, execution, and impact reporting
  • Managing vendors and maintenance in our procurement systems

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with pricing governance, approval processes, tender regulations, and local procurement requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records to support audit readiness (tenders, pricing decisions, contracts, events, HCP documentation).

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with:
    • Country Sales and Clinical teams in Greece
    • Marketing and Medical Affairs
    • Finance and Supply Chain
    • Legal/Compliance
    • EMEA Pricing and Commercial Operations
  • Align local needs with regional strategies and escalate insights, risks, and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
  • Experience in Tender Management, Pricing, Commercial Operations, or Sales Support; MedTech/healthcare experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency working with datasets and spreadsheets; experience with dashboards/BI tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of pricing processes, commercial frameworks, and public procurement; familiarity with EU and Greek procurement environments is a plus.
  • Event planning/execution experience (in-person and virtual) with a track record of compliant HCP/customer events preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication;
  • Fluency in Greek and English required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€33,200.00 - €53,130.00

Benefits:

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
