Job Description:

Brand Specialist Immunology

Location: Prague

Full-time

The Brand Specialist is a customer-facing commercial role that contributes to brand growth through direct engagement with healthcare professionals, generation of actionable customer insights, and execution of local commercial and market development initiatives. The role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, while working closely with the internal cross-functional team and the Therapy Area Manager to identify opportunities, address barriers to patient access, and accelerate adoption of assigned brands.

The role also partners cross-functionally to adapt global marketing materials for local needs, coordinates with external agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy, and strengthens field-force capabilities in product knowledge, customer engagement, and key account management. Throughout, the Brand Specialist ensures flawless, compliant execution of all activities in line with company policies and industry regulations, contributing directly to overall brand performance and business growth.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area, products, competitors, treatment pathways, and the broader market and healthcare landscape.

  • Assess customer needs, identify barriers to optimal patient care, and recommend tailored solutions in collaboration with the Therapy Area Manager (TAM).

  • Generate insights from physician interactions and translate them into actionable recommendations that improve brand performance.

  • Analyze outcomes and available data to continuously optimize field activities.

  • Design and implement commercially led programs and promotional initiatives that address market needs.

  • Support the capability development of customer-facing teams by sharing best practices, product knowledge, and effective engagement approaches.

  • Partner with Key Account Specialists (KAS) on segmentation and targeting to build account plans and drive execution of local initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of targeted physicians and assigned stakeholders, understand the importance of effective market segmentation, and keep the CRM system fully up to date

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the local brand strategy through customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate with the TAM on the creation and implementation of annual brand and tactical plans.

  • Support localization and implementation of approved promotional materials to address local customer needs.

  • Brief, manage, and evaluate external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of omnichannel engagement initiatives to maximize customer reach and experience.

  • Ensure all commercial activities and materials comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable legal requirements.

Budget & Operational Management

  • In close cooperation with the TAM, manage assigned brand budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure effective use of resources and alignment with business priorities.

  • Track budget utilization, forecast spending, and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.

  • Ensure timely completion of approvals, documentation, and operational requirements for activity execution.

  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are implemented within scope, timeline, and budget.

Teamwork

  • Coordinate closely with territory partners (KAS) to assess account needs and bring relevant cross-functional skills into account plans.

  • Foster a trustworthy and collaborative working environment, internally and externally, to strengthen the company's reputation and credibility.

Access

  • Assess accounts and mobilize cross-functional expertise to address customer challenges and support sustainable business growth.

Skills

  • Previous minimum 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or sales role ideally in pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Business-oriented professional with excellent presentation and negotiation skills

  • Strong commitment to ethical business conduct

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

  • Positive attitude and strong personal accountability

  • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning

  • Courage to take action and accountability for solutions and results

  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

  • Native level of Czech

  • Valid driving license and active driving experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč915,000.00 - Kč1,473,150.00

Benefits:

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
