- Global Well-being Reimbursement Program: Get reimbursed for activities that support your total well-being, including gym memberships, healthy eating, mental health support apps and financial planning resources.
- Paid time off: Recharge your energy. We offer annual paid leave, along with special paid time off such as Refresh Leave and Recharge Hours.

Supporting family time and personal needs
- Childcare-related support: Employees who raise a child under age 7 may apply and receive a childcare subsidy of JPY 300,000 per household per year (eligibility requirements apply). We also offer 5 days of paid childcare leave per child per year up to the third grade of elementary school (up to a maximum of 10 days if you have 2 or more children).
- Nursing care support: Employees can take advantage of Home Helper Cost Reimbursement (up to JPY 300,000 per year) and up to 10 days of Family Care Leave (eligibility requirements apply).
- Paid parental leave of up to 12 weeks, with 100% pay during the first year of birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child.
