Functional areas include operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer and logistics services, project and process engineering, and facilities engineering.

Our presence
Who we’re looking for
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, data science, or an engineering related field.
- Academic achievement as proven by an overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- A minimum of three months of professional work experience in a related field, inclusive of co-op, internship, and post-graduate employment.
- Strong interest in experiencing multifunctional assignments in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Quality.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Geographic flexibility within cohort region (i.e. EMEA/NA/APAC/LATAM) is mandatory during the program including final placement assignments.

2. Getting to Know You
September – October
Shortly after your application, you may be asked to complete some additional questions to better help us evaluate your application and get to know you as both a candidate and as a potential member of our GOLD community. Based on the current recruitment cycle, a combination of application review, recommendation review, recorded interviews, and/or virtual interviews are used to narrow the selection pool.
3. Assessment and Selection
Late October – Mid November
The final stage! Selected candidates will hear from a member of our GOLD Program Office inviting them to take part in the Final Hiring Event. This event includes interviews, assessments, and group case studies. During these activities, you will be able to connect directly with GOLD Program alumni and ask any questions about the program and what your journey could look like. If selected, we will reach out to make an offer and share more information about joining our Global Operations Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson.
