The Program
Our Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program is a two-and-a-half-year rotational program that empowers students and recent grads to accelerate their career growth. Combining challenging work rotations with classroom and online training in a highly structured framework, the program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders for the engineering, operations, and quality and control functions within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

The Opportunity
You'll learn about the many ways that Johnson & Johnson companies deliver important solutions for global healthcare—and quickly discover the critical role that our supply chain plays in the overall success of our business. You'll take part in three rotations over the course of the program, gaining exposure to a wide range of functional areas, including:

  • Operations
  • Procurement
  • Quality
  • Planning
  • Customer and Logistics Services
  • Project and Process Engineering
  • Facilities Engineering

Through cross-functional work assignments and action learning projects, you'll develop the skills and capabilities you need to successfully launch your career. Who We're Looking For

Combining on-the-job experience with training in business, leadership and personal development, our GOLD Program is the perfect launchpad for your career. You'll expand your technical capabilities, hone your leadership skills and gain valuable business knowledge and insights.

  • Students currently pursuing bachelor's or master's degrees in areas related to supply chains or engineering
  • Up to four years of post-graduate professional work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Interest in exploring cross-functional assignments within engineering, operations, supply chain and quality
  • Geographic flexibility
  • Co-op or internship experience in a relevant business area
