Our product portfolio includes energy devices, wound closure, endo-mechanical, cardiothoracic, gyn, urology and thyroid and biosurgery surgical devices.

We are searching for the best talent for Sales Representative Surgery based in Lisbon.

Purpose: In this role you will be responsible for Surgery portfolio sales, specifically Endo-Mechanicals and Energy.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.

  • Interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders.

  • Prepare the launch of new products with territory mapping, stakeholders’ identification, and opportunities identification.

  • Ensure competence in procedural focus area and product portfolio.

  • Attend live patient cases/surgeries.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.

  • Utilize a Challenger approach to educate and challenge clients, presenting insights and data that help them recognize new business opportunities.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, aligning solutions with client needs.

  • Conduct consultative presentations and product/service demonstrations, highlighting unique value propositions.

  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree

  • More than 3 years of work experience within sales

  • With Challenger mindset: enjoys challenging the status quo, with a strong ability to educate and influence clients

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proactive with a results-driven attitude

  • Analytical skills and ability to understand market data

  • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills

  • Driver’s license

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€27,000.00 - €43,700.00

Benefits:

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
