This role is part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.
The I2C Senior Analyst (Reporting & Analytics) is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and analysis that support operational performance and decision-making. The role provides reporting coverage across key I2C processes, including Cash Application, Credit Management, and Collections. It plays a key role in enhancing data visibility, improving reporting efficiency, and supporting better process outcomes across the Invoice-to-Cash function. This position reports to the I2C Senior Team Lead (Reporting & Analytics).
Key Responsibilities:

2) Maintain Operational Excellence
Reporting & Analytics Execution
- Prepare and deliver complex, recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting outputs.
- Perform advanced or complex data validation and resolve or escalate discrepancies.
- Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Perform financial closing activities.
Automation and Process Enablement
- Drive improvements for automation, standardization, and simplification.
- Support initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
- Leverage tools to improve data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
Execution & Issue Handling
- Handle inquiries related to Reporting & Analytics.
- Communicate data and/or insights into clear and actionable manner.
- Escalate exceptions, system constraints, or non‑standard scenarios in accordance with defined escalation guidelines.
Controls, Compliance & Documentation
- Execute all activities in compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements, including WWP, ICH, DTP, and other applicable standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in systems/tools of record.

Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance or related business discipline.
- CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
Experience & Background
- 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Finance, Reporting & Analytics, or Invoice‑to‑Cash operations.
- Solid understanding of Finance, Reporting & Data Analysis.
- Experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Experience in a shared service, BPO, or multinational environment is an advantage.

- Familiarity with automation and data tools (ex. macros) is an advantage.
Work Requirements
· Willingness to work on shifts to align with global assignment (ex. mid‑shift or night‑shift).
· Willingness to work onsite, with flexibility for a temporary hybrid setup where applicable.

- Foreign language capability (other than English) is a plus.
