Lisa’s Story
What's the best part about being a working parent? If you ask Lisa, it's having the flexibility to be successful at work while also raising two amazing children, Elizabeth and Connor, with her husband Cesar.
As Head of HR Med Tech Finance and Corporate Finance, Lisa has major business responsibilities to handle every day. She has a lot to manage at home, too, juggling the needs of her family and her own personal well-being.

What helps Lisa balance day-to-day work obligations with her responsibilities as a mother?
Flexibility is a key part of the answer.
“Having a lot of flexibility in my daily working schedule has been incredibly important for my career growth,” said Lisa. "There’s no doubt in my mind that it's the biggest reason I’ve been able to effectively balance work and family needs.”
She continued, “I’m very proud to be the mother of two amazing kids while continuing to build my career and expand my professional horizons. I recognize that this level of support isn’t something you experience with every company.”
