Position Summary

At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, we are committed to transforming healthcare through innovation and ensuring patients gain timely access to life-changing treatments.

We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join our Market Access, Pricing & Strategic Accounts team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in pharmaceutical pricing, tender management, business intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives while working on strategic projects across the Gulf region.

The successful candidate will support the development of analytics solutions, dashboard automation, and data-driven insights that enhance operational excellence and decision-making across pricing and tender activities. The role aligns with pricing analytics, tender reporting, process optimization, and dashboard development activities referenced in internal pricing and tender management materials.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Tender Analytics Support (40%)

  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of tender databases and tracking tools.

  • Analyze historical tender performance and generate periodic reports.

  • Assist in monitoring tender timelines, awards, and key performance indicators.

  • Support business reviews through data collection and presentation preparation.

  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

2. Dashboard Development & Process Optimization (35%)

  • Assist in mapping and documenting the end-to-end tender process.

  • Support development of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.

  • Create visualizations to track tender pipeline activities and operational KPIs.

  • Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives.

  • Support reporting simplification and automation projects.

3. Pricing Analytics Support (25%)

  • Assist with pricing database management and data validation.

  • Support pricing analyses, bench-marking exercises, and market intelligence activities.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor pricing performance.

  • Contribute to scenario analyses and insights generation.

  • Support business planning and forecasting activities through analytics.

These responsibilities are consistent with internal pricing analytics, dashboard, and tender management activities

Requirements

Essential:

  • A bachelor's degree completed in the last 12 months in one of the below fields or similar:

    • Business Analytics

    • Finance / Economics

    • Data Analytics

    • Supply Chain / Operations

    • Business Management

    • Industrial Engineering

    • Mathematics / Statistics

    • Pharmacy

    • Healthcare Management

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Data visualization and reporting capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Desirable:

  • Internship, university project, or research experience involving data analysis.

  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

  • Basic understanding of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or commercial analytics is advantageous.

  • SQL

  • Python or other analytical tools

  • Experience working with large datasets
