We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational, financial, and customer data to improve service performance, repair efficiency, resource utilization, and business outcomes. This role partners with Service Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the Service & Repair organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze service and repair operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including turnaround time, productivity, first-time fix rate, backlog, customer satisfaction, and equipment uptime.
  • Analyze technician performance, labor utilization, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support forecasting and capacity planning by evaluating service demand trends and workload distribution.
  • Identify root causes of service delays, quality issues, and cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, reporting processes, and business performance.
  • Validate, clean, and maintain large datasets from ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and operational systems.
  • Perform financial analysis related to labor costs, repair expenses, service contracts, and profitability.
  • Track service-level agreement (SLA) compliance and customer performance metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data modeling, trend analysis, and performance monitoring.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data visualization.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, SQL, Python and database querying.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $54,000 - $87,450.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401k).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year. Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year. Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
