We are searching for the best talent for Tool Crib Technician

Purpose:

The Tool Crib warehouseman receives, stores, and delivers material, spare parts, and tools as well as is
responsible for maintaining the records and documentation required for Tool Crib, and is also responsible for
generating manual and electronic purchase orders for spare parts and consumables, uploaded in the Tool Crib
area

You will be responsible for:

o Stores material and spare parts.
o Participates in scheduled inventories by counting and updating the system.
o Determines proper storage methods for the different materials used in Tool Crib.
o Is responsible for receiving and transporting the material to the Tool Crib area for storage.
o Keeps the inventory system updated by capturing inputs and outputs of material and spare parts.
o Notify your supervisor of minimal or no material and/or spare parts inventories.
o Captures information on new parts registered in Tool Crib.
o Maintains required documentation of parts and materials.
o Generates department metrics.
o Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
o Those who supervise or manage personnel, are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all
Company guidelines related to Health, safety, and Environmental practices and that all resources
necessary to do so are available and in good condition, if necessary, apply.
o Is responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, and Local
company regulations, policies, and procedures.
o Performs other assigned duties as needed.

o Performs other duties assigned as needed.

o Responsible for the administration of parts in the tool crib including receipt, storage,
and maintenance of the system of minimums and maximums.
o Establish constant cost-reduction programs.
o Generates and monitors manual purchase orders and electronic systems

Qualifications / Requirements:.

Education: High School or equivalent / Technical Career.
o Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in related area. Knowledge of the Maximo system and
administration of maximums and minimums.
o Knowledge of metallic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic parts.

Inventory management.
o Experience in cycle counting.
o Basic knowledge of Ariba System.
o Basic knowledge of Electricity, Mechanics, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics.
o Focused on Customer Service
o Management of MAXIMO System
o Use of MS Office.
o Knowledge of Inventory Management Software
