The Program
The Finance MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a comprehensive, four-year rotational program designed to create future finance leaders through diverse assignments and dynamic challenges designed to accelerate your professional development. You'll be hired as a manager for two 18- to 24-month rotations across multiple functional areas, from treasury to investor relations and business development.

The Opportunity
As a participant in the Finance MBA LDP, you'll be responsible for completing strategic business initiatives and projects that will expose you to top-level management across multiple functional areas, including:

• Corporate finance
• Research and development (R&D)
• Sales and marketing
• Supply chain
