The Program
Caring for the world one person at a time has inspired and united the people of Johnson & Johnson for over 130 years. Our Foundational Human Resources Leadership Development Program (F-HRLDP) is a unique opportunity to carry on that mission today while gaining the skills and experience you need to become an HR leader of tomorrow.

The Opportunity
The F-HRLDP is a three-year program for highly motivated HR professionals. This exceptional program offers broad-based experience as you rotate through several positions across our business. You’ll participate in a highly structured, innovative and future-focused curriculum while building relationships spanning Johnson & Johnson’s global businesses, HR community and executive leadership.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidates are passionate about all things HR—but that’s not all. They’re also strategic thinkers with exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to thrive in a highly complex, global work environment.

  • Undergraduates completing bachelor’s degrees in Business, HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or other HR-related disciplines
  • Master’s or MBA students will also be considered and are welcome to apply
  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher preferred
  • Six to 24 months of full-time professional work experience preferred
  • HR experience preferred, but not required
  • Geographic mobility for four years required (three years during the program and one year thereafter)
  • Fluency in English required, as well as fluency in the language of the country of assignment
  • Fluency in a second language preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of assignment required
  • Most participants will work in Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services hub in the hiring region (Tampa, Florida in the U.S.; Bogota, Colombia; Prague, Czech Republic; Manila, Philippines)
