The program

As a truly international operation, we’re seeking the best graduates from around the world to drive positive change across Johnson & Johnson. The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is designed to transform high-potential MBA and master’s students into the leaders of tomorrow. Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidates have a passion for healthcare. They have a strategic mindset and possess exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have the ability to thrive in a highly complex, global work environment, and take the initiative to set priorities and exceed goals.

  • Full-time MBA or master’s degree required
  • Minimum of three years of experience
  • Legal authorization to work and language fluency in the country where the role is located
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
