The Program
MedTech sales programs are designed to develop high performing sales and MedTech leaders within the organization through a fast paced, hands-on environment in participating businesses: Ethicon, DePuy Synthes, Biosense Webster.

The Opportunity

• A formal training curriculum with blending peer-to-peer learning, coaching, and community service, plus mentorship from Johnson & Johnson MedTech Sales Leaders
• Based throughout the country depending on the business
• The program runs over a 12-14 month period
• Completion of the program promotes to:
  
  • Ethicon: Associate Account Executive (AAE)
  • DePuy Synthes :Associate Sales Representative
  • Biosense Webster: Associate Territory Manager
