The opportunity
A formal training curriculum blending peer-to-peer learning, coaching, and community service, plus mentorship from Johnson & Johnson MedTech sales leaders
- Based throughout the US based on business need
- The program runs over a 12–14-month period
Completion of the program promotes to:
- Ethicon: Associate Account Executive (AAE)
- DePuy Synthes: Associate Sales Representative or Clinical Sales Specialist
- Biosense Webster: Associate Territory Manager
- Surgical Vision: Associate Account Executive

Who we’re looking for
If you’re ready to put your unique combination of expertise, dedication, and drive to work to impact hearth for humanity, we want to meet you. Along with relentlessly believing in Our Credo, these qualifications are also critical to success in this program and role:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- An equivalent cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Graduations must fall within 12 months before start date
- Ability and willingness to relocate to specific sales area after completing the training program
- Ability and willingness to travel in the US
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future is required
- Geographic flexibility
- A valid driver’s license
