The Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP) is a two-year, full-time, non-rotational program designed to accelerate your career development through exposure to challenging and enriching experiences at Johnson & Johnson.

The PLDP Internship Program
The PLDP Internship Program is a 10- to 12-week internship with Johnson & Johnson's procurement team in which you'll take on an individual project challenge to solve a critical business need. You'll participate in immersion events, attend a leadership speaker series, tour manufacturing plants and conduct community service.
