With the power of the world's largest broadly-based healthcare company behind you, you'll amplify your impact—and find that you can touch the lives of people everywhere.

The Program
The Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP) is a two-year, full-time, non-rotational program designed to accelerate your career development through exposure to challenging and enriching experiences at Johnson & Johnson.

The Opportunity
You'll participate in a robust, integrated curriculum to enhance functional and leadership skills, culminating in a yearlong capstone project. While gaining valuable experience in the field, you'll have the chance to work on meaningful projects with real-world impact, such as:

  • Developing a category strategy
  • Designing, planning and executing innovation events with Johnson & Johnson suppliers
  • Developing a sustainability toolkit for strategic suppliers
  • Leading sourcing events
  • Managing a cross-functional team
  • Performing cost/benefit analysis

Are You Ready to Make a Difference?
PLDP participants benefit from global leadership exposure and a wide range of networking opportunities. In addition to being paired with a senior leader mentor who can provide you with valuable insight and counsel, you'll also have an opportunity to interact with other senior leaders at Johnson & Johnson. And to hone your leadership skills, you'll prepare for and deliver presentations, and participate in immersion events and summits.

The PLDP Internship Program
The PLDP Internship Program is a 10- to 12-week internship with Johnson & Johnson's procurement team in which you'll take on an individual project challenge to solve a critical business need. You'll participate in immersion events, attend a leadership speaker series, tour manufacturing plants and conduct community service.
