The Program
The Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP) is a two-year, full-time, rotational program designed to accelerate your career development through exposure to challenging and enriching experiences at Johnson & Johnson.
The Opportunity
You'll participate in a robust, integrated curriculum to enhance both functional and leadership skills, culminating in a yearlong capstone project. In addition to gaining valuable experience in the field, you'll work on meaningful projects and make real-world impact, such as:

As a PLDP participant, you'll have extensive access to senior leadership at Johnson & Johnson, including your own senior-level mentor who can provide valuable insight and counsel throughout the experience. You’ll fine-tune your leadership skills by preparing and delivering presentations, participating in immersion events and summits, networking—and so much more.
The PLDP Internship Program
The PLDP Internship Program is a 10- to 12-week internship with Johnson & Johnson's procurement team in which you'll take on an individual project challenge or solve a critical business need. You'll also get to take part in immersion events, attend leadership speaker series, tour manufacturing plants and more.
