We take many steps to ensure our hiring process is fair and transparent, centered on learning your skills and qualifications—and ultimately, how you could use them to be successful in the new role. Currently, all interviews are being conducted digitally. They may be:
  • Pre-recorded, where you record your answers to questions we send (you can review and re-record your answers twice before submitting – 10-minute avg. duration); or
  • Live video interview, like a traditional interview, but experienced online. It can take between 30 minutes and one hour. To help you prepare, check out these tips.
5.

Offer

If we both like what we’ve seen, you may receive an offer letter detailing the terms of your new role, benefits, and other important information. Take a moment to review your offer details and let us know what you think.

If you're struggling at all with the process, brush up on a few simple best practices for accepting or declining a job offer.
