US military veterans make their mark by serving their country. The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies helps US veterans continue to extend their vital roles in their civilian careers.
Veterans and reservists who work within our companies have a chance to apply the outstanding leadership skills and core values they gained from their military experience. They bring disciplines and perspectives that our teams value.
We value the meaningful contribution that veterans make every day, for our teams, our customers and our businesses.
We always need leaders here. Leaders who are able to make informed decisions, motivate teams, and drive results – and that defines most transitioning veterans. Many of us here find significant parallels between the values and leadership experiences that we had during our military careers and those of Johnson & Johnson.
I wanted the opportunity for a dynamic career. But after six years of international assignments as an Army officer, I also wanted to be closer to my family. That’s what I found at Johnson & Johnson, along with a chance to learn and grow. Of course, I had to be willing to take on new and challenging assignments, but there were leaders with me all along, helping me stay motivated and committed.
Credo Values mirror Army Values. These innate similarities, along with the people and culture, are what led me to join Johnson & Johnson. They represent the best aspects of my time in the military.
